Associate of the Month Program 
Every month we ask each of our managers to nominate a team member they observed going above and beyond expectations to provide extraordinary Mackinac Island experiences to our guests. Said nominees are invited to join their nominating managers for a celebratory lunch to show our appreciation for all their hard work.

Crafting and Creating. 

We had a few successful sessions of crafting! From sugar scrubs to vision boards and tie-dye, we created a lot of memories together, not just art. We wrapped up our crafting season with the Annual Pumpkin decorating contest. We are looking forward to more crafting in 2026!
