2025 End of Season Awards

As the 2025 season came to an end, we held our annual closing party, where we presented many awards to exceptional employees who did an amazing job throughout the season. We did some extra awards this time, as we feel like some employees stood out in specific areas:  

1. "The most Mentions" Award. Someone who was mentioned the most in guest surveys and reviews, and we did 4 departments: ​​​
   • Housekeeping: Libby Simpson
   • Sales and Conference Services: Andrea Crawford 
   • F&B: Wilder Orihuela 
   • Guest Services: Tamika Henry 
2. "Rookie Rockstar" Award. A Mission Point first-timer who knocked it out of the park:
   1. Chris Beyers, Recycling Attendant 
3. "The Spirit of MPR" award. Someone who did an awesome job at representing MPR and the CARES program:
   1. Latoya Linton, Guest Services Agent 
4. "Ray of Sunshine" award. Great attitude no matter what the circumstances: 
   1. Valeria Soto Suarez, F&B Front of House Intern
   2. Alex Nowicki, Public Areas Attendant 
5. "The Eureka" award. Someone with great ideas and outside of the box mindset.
   1. Janika Williams, Concierge 
6. "Golden Check" award. Highest check average in our F&B outlets.
   1. Ned Gordon, Bistro server
7. "Accidentally Awesome" award. Exemplary safety coordinator.
   1. Sheldon Rattigan, Chianti Sous Chef​​
